Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive outbound/inbound calls professionally.
• Generate and qualify potential leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
