Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Executive. The role involves communicating with international clients, responding to inquiries, and assisting customers in selecting Japanese vehicles.

Note: This is an international sales role focused on export markets in the Caribbean region.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in the automobile industry will be considered a strong advantage
• Experience in international calling, telesales, or call center environments
• Sales-oriented and confident personality
• Ability to build relationships with international customers
• Experience in the Caribbean market will be considered a plus
• Comfortable working from 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international customers via calls, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional guidance
• Explain vehicle details, pricing, and export procedures
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support when required
