We're a small digital agency doing web development, 3D design, and marketing. It's been just me and my team of 3 running things so far, and we're at a point where I need someone to handle sales full time.
That's where you come in.
I'm not looking for someone junior or someone still learning the ropes. I need someone who's been doing this for at least 3 years and actually knows how to close. Cold calls, cold emails, texts the whole thing. You find the lead, you work it, you close it. That's the job.
We don't have an office. Everything is remote. We have two calls a week, Monday and Thursday, to go over what's in the pipeline and what's closing. Outside of that you manage your own time.
What you'll be doing:
- Cold outreach every day calls, emails, messages
- Managing your own pipeline
- Closing 8 clients a month as your base target
- Joining our two weekly check-ins
What I'm looking for:
- At least 3 years doing outbound sales
- Someone who's closed deals, not just generated leads
- Good at communicating on calls and in writing
- Can work independently without needing to be followed up on
- Based in Karachi
