Sales Executive

IBSTEC is looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team for a UK Healthcare Recruitment campaign. If you have experience in UK sales and a passion for B2B client acquisition, this is your chance to grow with us.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Generate and qualify leads in the UK healthcare sector
• Connect with care homes, nursing homes & hospitals
• Present our recruitment solutions and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of UK campaign sales experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills (fluent English)
• B2B sales and lead generation expertise
• Target-driven mindset

⭐ Preferred:
• Experience with UK care homes or staffing agencies
• Understanding of UK healthcare recruitment
• Proven sales performance

💰 What You’ll Get:
• Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 + attractive commission
