Sales Executive

Description:

We are hiring Sales Executive – Lead Generation for our elevators and escalators division. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through field activities.

This role is field-based and requires daily outdoor visits (Fuel & Bike Maintenance is part of Salary) Must have own Bike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits and market research specifically for new & ongoing project sites.
• Identify potential clients and upcoming construction projects.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and developers through frequent visits and support them in highlighting needs.
• Maintain detailed records of leads and project information
• Submit daily activity and visit reports
• Client follow-ups and organize meetings for Sr. Sales Team.
• Meet assigned monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales & Marketing)
• Minimum 2 / 3 years of outdoor sales or marketing experience
• Must have own motorcycle (mandatory)
• Valid driving license required (mandatory)
• Must Have Smartphone. (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Karachi areas and routes
• Communication skills are the essence.
