Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Lahore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales strategies, pitching to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service. Meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven ability in sales, client management, and relationship building
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  3. Well-groomed and pleasant personality
  4. Experience with market analysis, lead generation, and sales reporting
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  8. Prior experience in the real estate sector or related fields is mandatory
  9. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving sales targets
