Description:
Generate leads, pitch company offerings, maintain follow-ups, and close sales while maintaining professional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients (calls, WhatsApp, referrals, walk-ins if relevant)
Pitch products/services and handle objections professionally
Maintain daily follow-up pipeline and update CRM/lead sheet
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding/processing
Achieve monthly sales targets (volume-based)
Attend meetings, make presentations, and support campaigns
Maintain strong after-sales relationship and handle basic client queries
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Confident communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Excellent computer skills (CRM/Excel/Sheets)
Professional attitude and teamwork
