Description:
We’re looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager who can own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — and help us scale predictable revenue across dental practices, DSOs, and BPO partners.
This role is for someone who thrives in consultative, solution-based selling, understands operational pain points, and can confidently sell AI + services into complex environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Sell DA’s core solutions:
- Insurance Verification (AI + agents)
- Claims & AR workflows
- Payment Posting
- APIs & automation solutions
- White-label & BPO partnerships
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover operational, financial, and scalability pain points
- Position DA as a strategic partner, not a vendor
- Work closely with Product, Ops, and Leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Close mid-market and enterprise-level deals (single clinics → multi-location DSOs)
- Reduce founder dependency in sales conversations over time
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves -
- 0-1 year of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience selling solutions, not commodity products
- Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
- Comfort selling to owners, executives, and operations leaders
- Ability to explain technical/operational concepts simply and confidently
- Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
- Must be able to work in US EST time zone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
