Eza Consultancy is hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn, build client relationships, and grow in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into customers by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Deliver product or service presentations and handle negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Karachi.
