What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sr. Sales Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition and revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales function and managing the entire sales cycle
  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries
  • Collaborating with the strategy and creative teams to pitch tailored marketing solutions
  • Representing SocialSupe at networking events, industry meetups, and conferences
  • Tracking pipeline performance and providing regular sales reports to leadership

 

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales — ideally in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency
  • A strong network and ability to tap into decision-makers across industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to design and execute growth plans
  • A results-driven mindset with a record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets
