Sales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive with proven experience in bearings and industrial product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing tailored bearing and industrial solutions to meet client needs.

This role requires a strong technical understanding of bearings, mechanical components, and industrial sales processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, power, sugar, cement, steel, automotive, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, technical discussions, and after-sales support.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate bearing types, configurations, and technical solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with technical and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bearing technologies, manufacturers, and industry trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence summaries.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving product or service issues promptly.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bearing sales, industrial equipment, or mechanical component sales.
  • Strong knowledge of bearing types (ball, roller, thrust, spherical, tapered, etc.), lubrication, and industrial applications.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and territory development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • \Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
