We’re hiring a B2B Cold Caller / Sales Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency in Johar Town, Lahore.

In this role, you’ll reach out to business owners across different industries, introduce them to our marketing solutions, and help them grow online through SEO, paid ads, and social media strategies.

This position is onsite only and offers excellent earning potential through base salary + performance commissions.

What You’ll Do

• 🔍 Research and identify potential B2B clients across target markets.
• ☎️ Conduct outbound calls and emails to pitch digital marketing services.
• 🤝 Build rapport, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for senior sales reps.
• 📊 Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and track progress.
• 🎯 Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with a growth-driven mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• 💬 Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• 🧩 Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or cold calling (preferred).
• 💡 Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC) is a plus.
• 💪 Resilient attitude — able to handle objections and close warm leads.
• 🕒 Punctual, organized, and highly motivated to achieve results.
