Description:
We’re looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our Lahore-based team. This role involves connecting with parents and students, sharing the MTS success story, setting appointments, and
closing sales with clarity and conviction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed sessions to introduce customers to the company’s services.
- Schedule and coordinate Demo/Intro sessions by assigning available teachers.
- Take trial sessions with new clients and convert them into paying customers.
- Manage class schedules and coordinate with teachers and students for smooth delivery.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
- Collect and implement feasible customer feedback for service improvement.
- Perform regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
- Conduct research to identify and nurture potential leads.
- Engage in inside sales activities based on research, data analysis, and performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update the internal database.
- Collaborate with the team to manage multiple ongoing tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Meet monthly and annual sales/retention targets.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years in customer service or sales (preferably in the education industry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an American accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, tech-savvy, well-organized, confident, and target-driven.
- Motivated, trustworthy, and capable of building rapport quickly.
