We at MTS Group are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, dynamic, and passionate about connecting with parents and students to deliver exceptional learning solutions.
This is a full-time onsite role based in DHA Phase 1, H Block, Lahore (Night shift: 10 PM – 7 AM).

Position Title: Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging sessions to introduce customers to MTS services.
Schedule & coordinate Demo/Intro sessions by assigning teachers.
Take trial sessions with new clients and convert them into paying customers.
Manage class schedules and coordinate with teachers & students.
Build lasting client relationships with regular communication and follow-ups.
Gather customer feedback to improve services and ensure retention.
Identify and nurture potential leads through research and inside sales.
Maintain accurate records and update the internal database.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and annual sales/retention targets.
Job Specifications:
2–3 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably education).
Excellent verbal & written communication skills (American accent required).
Strong interpersonal skills, confident, target-driven, and well-organized.
Tech-savvy, motivated, and trustworthy.
