𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join Unreal Pays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client hunting, building strong relationships with companies, and introducing them to our recruitment & staffing services. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify and approach potential client companies for recruitment services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Present Unreal Pays’ recruitment solutions to decision-makers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 1+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably in HR/recruitment/staffing services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
