Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying client needs, proposing suitable industrial machinery and solutions, and ensuring successful deal closures. You will be responsible for driving sales through technical consultations, effective client communication, and continuous business development. While this role requires collaboration and communication across teams, it does not include any direct team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial machinery market

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation

• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis

• Regularly visit client sites (FMCG, manufacturing units, etc.) for meetings and follow-ups

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machinery or B2B technical sales

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

• Proven track record of business development and client acquisition

• In-depth knowledge of FMCG manufacturing companies, their processes, and procurement structures

• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation
