As a Sales Engineer at BlueSky Energies, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between technical engineering solutions and client needs. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and sales acumen to promote and sell solar energy systems to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell solar power solutions to potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.

• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solar energy systems.

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and system designs in coordination with the engineering team.

• Conduct site visits, perform feasibility analysis, and generate accurate system specifications.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings.

• Assist in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy solutions is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic technical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst is a plus).

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.

• Willingness to conduct field visits and customer site evaluations when required.
