Dongjin Battery is actively seeking three highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineers specialized in the solar energy sector to join their team in Gulberg, Lahore. This role is perfectly suited for professionals who possess a strong technical understanding of solar products such as inverters and batteries, combined with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management within the renewable energy market.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the solar industry, particularly leveraging dealership networks. You will conduct client consultations to accurately assess energy requirements and propose tailored solar solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed technical product demonstrations will be key to successfully closing deals.

Maintaining long-term relationships with clients will be crucial, ensuring satisfaction through post-sale support and smooth coordination with technical and installation teams to guarantee successful project execution. You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while preparing comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and detailed reports for management review.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and pursue new sales opportunities within the solar energy sector, focusing on both individual clients and dealership networks.

  • Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions such as inverters and batteries.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations to showcase product benefits and functionalities.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, ongoing support, and repeat business.

  • Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and performance reports for internal management.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus or experience in solar energy.

  • At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on sales experience within the solar energy sector.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of solar products, solutions, and current market trends, including inverters, batteries, and related technologies.

  • Proven experience working within dealership networks or similar sales channels.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software for managing sales activities.
