Logix Solutions is seeking a Sales Engineer for one of our prestigious clients in the automation industry, specializing in ELV and MEP solutions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong technical and sales acumen to join a dynamic and growing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales support, including technical consultation and designing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Manage the complete tender bidding process, ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.
- Regularly follow up with customers to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities and match them to client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in pre-sales technical support, bid preparation, and customer follow-ups.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in the ELV, MEP, or automation industry.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and design customized solutions.
