Soliton Technologies is a world class leader in supporting hundreds of hospitals and providers by their AI driven analytics. Soliton is seeking an enterprising and industrious professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. This individual serves not only as the primary point of contact for all new sales leads but is also responsible for generating these leads and leading the organization and facilitation of the entire sales cycle for the USA region. The successful candidate will proactively gain valuable product specific knowledge and sales experience working with clients and multiple departments internally to support the sales and client onboarding processes.

 

Industry: IT HealthCare

Education: BS/BA/MBA degree or equivalent

Experience: 6 to 8 years of International Sales (Specially US Region)

Preference: IT Healthcare, IT, BPO and relevant. Candidate having experience or knowledge of US Industry and experience or knowledge of IT Healthcare will be Preferred

JD

  • Show leadership in generating sales leads. Provide overall direction for the sales team by understanding different regional needs, organizational and program needs
  • Answer all incoming sales inquiries, conduct pre-demonstration discovery, and document all pertinent information
  • Coordinate and schedule remote product demonstrations and onsite visits for Overseas staff
  • Conduct basic level product demonstrations for prospective clients if necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials
  • Creatively seek out and qualify leads and revenue opportunities
  • Maintain strong industry and product knowledge and advise leadership on changes in the market

Skills: 

  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills. Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to present complex concepts and demonstrate software functionality in a clear, articulate, and professional manner
  • Ability to learn quickly, retain complex information, and apply knowledge to prospective customer situations and planning processes.
