Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Sales Enablement Associate to join our team. This role requires an extroverted individual with a go-getter attitude, a strong willingness to learn and grow, and exceptional research skills. The candidate should be coachable, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

●     Create and maintain sales collateral and presentations to ensure they align with the latest product offerings and industry trends.

●     Handle and optimize the usage of sales tools

●     Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions and services.

●     Nurture leads and build strong relationships with potential customers.

●     Help the Head of Sales generate weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights on performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

 

Requirements:

·      6 months - 1 year experience of working in a software house as a Sales, BD Associate or a similar position.

·      A passion for sales enablement, sales ops, or sales development.

·      Willing to learn and adapt to new things.

·      An interest in interpreting insights from data, along with analytical skills.

·      An inquisitive mindset regarding sales processes and methodologies.

·      Curiosity about business growth strategies and standard KPIs.

·      A desire to understand and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data.

·      Readiness to bridge the gap between sales and marketing teams.
