Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales & Dispatcher Agent with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to join our dispatching team. This role focuses on managing driver schedules, maintaining client communication, and ensuring timely deliveries in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities
Assign and schedule drivers according to shipment requirements.
Monitor live dispatches and provide real-time updates to clients.
Maintain accurate records: driver logs, fuel reports, and maintenance data.
Coordinate with maintenance for vehicle inspections and repairs.
Resolve issues or delays swiftly and efficiently.
Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and drivers.

Requirements
Minimum: High School diploma; logistics or transport training preferred.
Prior experience in U.S. dispatching, freight brokerage, or trucking is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with dispatch software, load boards, and fleet management systems.
