Sales Director

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our business development function. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to close high-value deals while building high-performing sales teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business objectives

- Build, lead, and scale the sales team from the ground up

- Drive revenue growth through high-value client acquisition and long-term partnerships

- Identify and leverage effective channels for sustainable organic growth

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., business owners, CFOs)

- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships

- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals

 

Requirements:

- 5–7 years’ experience in senior sales or business development roles

- Strong understanding of accounting, audit, tax, consulting, or professional services

- Proven success closing high-value, long-cycle B2B deals

- Experience working with SMEs, corporates, or high-net-worth clients

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a sales function from scratch

- Strong existing network of clients and industry contacts

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
