Sales Development Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales Development Specialist to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and support high-value deal closures. This role is ideal for someone with proven outbound sales and lead generation experience (not freelancing or Upwork bidding) who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate qualified leads using professional platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.) — not freelancing sites like upwork or fiverr.
  • Conduct outreach via calls and emails to engage prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the closing team.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to handoff for deal closing.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales development or outbound sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
  • E-commerce industry experience required; Amazon services or digital marketing preferred.
  • Confident in handling international clients and remote sales processes.
