Glow is Now Hiring: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) — Lahore (Onsite, Night Shift)

📍 Location: Lahore (Onsite)
🕘 Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT (U.S. business hours)
💰 Compensation: Competitive base salary (paid in USD, no taxes) + uncapped commission (top-of-market pay for top performers)

With a recently raised $22M Series A and strong backing from top-tier investors, we are expanding our outbound sales team in Lahore and seeking
talented Sales Development Representatives to join our growing organization.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. small businesses
Connect with decision-makers & schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives
Consistently achieve weekly & monthly KPIs (calls, connects, meetings booked)
Maintain accurate records and update CRM lead data
Actively participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements
1+ year of outbound B2B calling experience (preferably targeting U.S. markets)
Excellent spoken & written English with a neutral/American accent
Ability to work night shift (U.S. business hours)
Based in Lahore and able to work onsite
Highly coachable, resilient, and motivated to succeed in outbound sales
