What You'll Do:
- Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and overcome objections to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Exceed assigned lead generation targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and Alpha Corp's value proposition.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to track progress, manage data, and report on activity.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or related role (a plus!)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections confidently.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and B2B sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A passion for learning, a growth mindset, and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
