About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission will be to uncover businesses that could benefit from Joblogic and create new qualified sales opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a passion for technology. You'll receive comprehensive training on Joblogic and sales techniques to confidently reach out to prospective customers and book them for a software demonstration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects for booking demonstrations.
  • Manage the leads pipeline and maintain high customer engagement.
  • Provide tailored solutions to individual customer needs.
  • Present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of escalations and work requests.
  • Adapt quickly to new product enhancements for effective training resources.

 

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based organization.
  • Proficient in tools like Hubspot, Active Campaign, Zoom, Anydesk, and Teams.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Target-driven with a focus on customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in British English.
