Description:
We're looking for a driven SDR to join our on-site Islamabad team and lead top-of-funnel efforts for the US market — identifying prospects, running personalized outbound campaigns, and booking qualified discovery calls that feed the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Execute 80–120 outbound touches/day across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Research and identify decision-makers across logistics, healthcare, and banking/enterprise verticals.
- Personalize outreach by industry and pain point.
- Book 15–30 qualified meetings/month with key buyers (COOs, Ops Heads, Compliance Leads, IT Managers).
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
- Partner closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager for seamless handoff and follow-up.
- Test and refine outreach sequences and channels using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Clay.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR (SaaS or enterprise tech preferred).
Required Skills:
- Strong research skills — able to identify and target the right buyer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident cold caller and persuasive email writer.
- Proficient with HubSpot and RingCentral; familiarity with Clay is a plus.
- Results-driven, comfortable being measured on activity, meeting, and pipeline KPIs.
- Clear, fluent spoken English suited to engaging a US-based audience.
