Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

Brankit is a fractional supply chain and operations firm working with e-commerce, retail, and service businesses across the US. We are expanding into the med spa vertical and need a sharp, organized SDR to build the pipeline.

 

What you will do:

• Research US med spa chains using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (we will train you on our ICP and triggers).

• Build target account lists, identify decision-makers, and enrich contact data using Apollo.io.

• Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn + email) using sequences in Instantly.ai.

• Personalize every message — no spam, no spray-and-pray. Quality over volume.

• Book qualified discovery calls on the founders' calendars.

• Own the lead tracker, follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.

 

What we are looking for:

• 1-3 years SDR / business development experience selling into US or UK markets.

• Native-level written English (this is non-negotiable — you will be writing to US executives daily).

• Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, and a cold email tool (Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist,

etc.).

• Disciplined, organized, and a self-starter — this is an office-based role with daily targets.

• Comfortable working US Eastern hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).

• Bonus: experience selling into service businesses (med spas, dental, salons, hospitality) or supply

chain/ops services.
