As an SDR at Growth Factor, you are the frontline of our clients' growth. You won't just be making calls; you will be mastering the art of high-context "Social Selling" and Strategic Outreach.
Your Mission:
- Targeted Research: Use tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify high-value prospects.
- The 100-Touch Daily Sprint: Execute a mix of 80+ cold calls and personalized emails/LinkedIn messages daily.
- Strategic Appointment Setting: Bridge the gap between "interest" and "action" by booking qualified meetings for US/Canada-based Account Executives.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain pristine records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
- Consultative Sales: Uncover prospect pain points and position our clients' services as the "Magic Solution."
Requirements (The Elite Standard)
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in outbound sales (B2B experience is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills. You must have a neutral, professional accent capable of building rapport with North American CEOs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with VOIP systems (Aircall/CloudTalk etc.), CRMs, and LinkedIn automation tools.
- The "Unstoppable" Mindset: A high tolerance for "No" and the persistence to turn a "Maybe" into a "Yes."
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical sales experience.
