Innovaxel is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven
ability to generate and qualify leads through online platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and
targeted email outreach. This role is perfect for individuals who understand B2B sales, know
how to find and engage potential clients, and can build strong relationships that lead to sales
opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for a driven professional with a strong background in outbound sales and client
engagement. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences, IT, or a
related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business
acquisition (preferably for software services).
Core Skills:
● Expertise in LinkedIn lead generation, Upwork bidding/proposal writing, and cold email
outreach.
● Experience using sales automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
● Ability to research, identify, and connect with decision-makers.
● Proven record of meeting or exceeding qualified lead targets.
● Basic understanding of software services and IT outsourcing business models.
Mindset & Growth:
● Highly motivated, result-driven, and resilient in handling rejections.
● Strong communication & interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales closing team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Innovaxel, you will:
● Identify, research, and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms.
● Generate qualified leads by sending personalized connection requests and outreach
messages.
● Write and submit winning proposals on Upwork and similar freelance marketplaces.
● Execute cold email campaigns to reach potential clients in target industries.
● Build initial relationships and nurture prospects until they are ready for sales team calls.
● Schedule qualified meetings/calls for the closing team to convert into paying clients.
● Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and progress.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline
growth.
