Description:
7 Kings Code is hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our Sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, outbound outreach, lead qualification, and meeting booking for US-based clients across Medical Billing, US Staffing, IT Services, SaaS, and Digital Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
- Send at least 75 prospecting and follow-up emails daily
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Book a minimum of 10 qualified meetings per month
- Perform market and account research to identify US-based decision-makers
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Coordinate with Account Executives for smooth lead handoff
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation or A-Levels (Minimum)
- 1–2 years of proven experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with US markets (Medical, Staffing, IT, or SaaS preferred)
- Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Highly motivated, persistent, and target-oriented
- Ability to work onsite during night shift hours
