We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Sales Officer to join our growing truck dispatch agency. You will be responsible for expanding our client base in the United States by securing new owner-operator truck drivers for our dispatch services. This is a crucial, fast-paced, and results-oriented outbound sales position that requires excellent communication and persistence.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling: Proactively calling US-based truck owner-operators and small trucking companies to present and sell our dispatch services.
- Client Relationship Management: Building rapport and trust with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and clearly articulating how our dispatch services can increase their profitability.
- Sales Coordination: Handling the full sales cycle, from initial contact and pitch to negotiation and client sign-up.
- Dispatch Liaison: Working closely with our dispatch team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and seamless service transition for new clients.
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client information using basic computer tools.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the US trucking industry, freight markets, and dispatch operations to address client questions effectively.
