Sales Development Representative

Primeorbix LLC is a business process outsourcing (BPO) company helping global businesses grow by delivering reliable solutions in sales development, lead generation, and customer support. We are expanding our Lahore team and seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our mission of driving business growth worldwide

 

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients primarily in the US market.

* Communicate in a professional (American accent) to build rapport and credibility with prospects.

* Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to create opportunities for the sales team.

* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly (sales and target quotas).

* Accurately log all outreach activity and maintain lead records in CRM systems.

* Collaborate with senior sales executives to improve outreach strategy and conversion rates.

* Continuously develop product knowledge and adapt sales approaches based on feedback.

 

Job Requirements

* Proven outbound calling experience, preferably in US/International markets (6 months - 2 years)

* Prior sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.

* Fluent in English with a clear American accent.

* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

* Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection.

* Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
