Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in cold calling, building relationships, and contributing to sales planning. You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our prospects and play a vital role in expanding our client base.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to reach potential clients (mostly UK/US-based businesses).
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the senior sales team.
  • Research target industries and companies to assist in lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Work closely with the sales lead on strategic planning, messaging, and campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach scripts and follow-up content.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve service offerings and pitch.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • 2+ year of experience in a sales or cold-calling role (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking to C-level decision-makers.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation is a plus.
  • Passion for startups, outsourcing, and remote team solutions is a bonus.
