Description:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in cold calling, building relationships, and contributing to sales planning. You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our prospects and play a vital role in expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calls daily to reach potential clients (mostly UK/US-based businesses).
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the senior sales team.
- Research target industries and companies to assist in lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Work closely with the sales lead on strategic planning, messaging, and campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach scripts and follow-up content.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve service offerings and pitch.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ year of experience in a sales or cold-calling role (B2B preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking to C-level decision-makers.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to hit the ground running.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation is a plus.
- Passion for startups, outsourcing, and remote team solutions is a bonus.
