Motive, a leading technology platform empowering physical operations teams, is hiring a Remote Outbound Sales Development Representative (Mid-Market) in Pakistan. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to join a high-performing global sales team and contribute directly to business growth across multiple sectors, including logistics, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and more.
As part of Motive’s strategic sales initiative, the selected candidate will proactively engage with potential mid-market customers, identifying prospects and qualifying leads that align with the company’s product offerings. The role demands exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, and a performance-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and research potential clients within key industries.
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and communicate how Motive’s solutions address them.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before routing them to the appropriate sales team.
Accurately log all prospect interactions and data in Salesforce CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product features to improve outreach effectiveness.
Achieve and exceed defined outreach and qualification targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with international stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of sales prospecting and customer engagement techniques.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle high lead volumes efficiently.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys is preferred.
Willingness and ability to work 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).
