📌 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for closers
• Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate CRM
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
• Stay updated on campaign scripts, objections, and compliance guidelines

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills
• Minimum 6 months of call center or sales experience (preferred)
• Confidence to work in a performance-driven environment
• Comfortable with night shift (US business hours)
• Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-focused
