As an SDR at HexaClicks, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, and a strong work ethic. Prior experience with cold calling, lead nurturing, or appointment setting will be a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients across various global markets.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and generate qualified leads.
Schedule appointments and hand off hot leads to the senior sales team or account executives.
Maintain an organized CRM database with call logs, lead status updates, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments set.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Confidence and resilience in handling cold calls and rejections.
Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred but not required).
A proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms is a plus.
