Description:
REVCORP, one of Pakistan’s most rapidly expanding BPO companies, is looking to strengthen its outbound sales team by hiring dynamic and highly driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). These roles are centered around US-based outbound campaigns and are ideal for individuals who are motivated by targets, enjoy communicating with clients, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented work environment.
As an SDR at REVCORP, you will play a critical role in the lead generation and qualification process. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, building relationships with prospects, and scheduling appointments with sales closers. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US-based leads and prospects.
Engage in effective communication to understand client needs and qualify potential leads.
Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales team or closers.
Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects and maintain up-to-date information on the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly KPIs related to call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
Stay fully informed on campaign scripts, sales objections handling, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in call center or outbound sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to thrive in a target-driven and high-pressure sales environment.
Comfortable with working night shifts (US business hours).
Must be punctual, disciplined, and committed to achieving sales goals.
Knowledge of CRM tools and appointment scheduling processes will be a plus.
