As an SDR at BOT Billers, you’ll play a crucial role in our client acquisition strategy. Your job will be identifying qualified leads, initiating conversations, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is an on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is interested in U.S. healthcare systems and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to engage potential healthcare clients.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
- Understand the needs and challenges of healthcare practices to position BOT Billers’ solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to align outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and outreach goals.
- Represent BOT Billers professionally in all client-facing interactions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of B2B sales or appointment setting experience, preferably in the U.S. healthcare sector or medical billing.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
- Confident speaking with U.S.-based clients and healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, and discovery conversations.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset—but also capable of working independently.
