Description:
Freight Genie is actively seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Appointment Setters to join their remote team. This is a performance-driven role where your earnings are directly tied to your ability to generate qualified meetings and appointments for Freight Genie’s freight brokerage clients in the US and Canada. The position focuses heavily on cold calling and proactive outreach to prospects, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in high-volume, high-reward sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to introduce services and book meetings.
Handle objections professionally and communicate the value proposition effectively.
Collaborate with marketing to fine-tune outreach strategies and call scripts.
Regularly track and report outreach metrics, lead progress, and booked appointments.
Consistently meet or exceed set targets for call volumes and lead generation.
Act as a communication bridge between outreach and internal departments.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in cold calling or appointment setting roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in objection handling and pitching value propositions.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Able to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bonus/Sub-Requirements:
Interest in Marvel, DC, Anime, or Gaming is a plus.
A sense of humor and good meme culture knowledge appreciated.
Competitive spirit (especially in games like Call of Duty, CS, Pokémon, LoL, etc.).
