Description:
Freight Genie is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Appointment Setters to drive business growth through high-volume cold calling. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating qualified appointments and meetings for clients in the freight brokerage industry across the US and Canada. This remote role offers a base salary with commission-based earnings, making it a lucrative opportunity for high performers.
Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospects.
Introduce Freight Genie’s services and handle objections effectively.
Book and confirm qualified meetings for clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
Track and report weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies.
Act as a bridge between the outreach team and other departments.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to handle objections and persuasively convey service benefits.
Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Interest in Marvel, DC, Anime, and Gaming.
A great sense of humor and an appreciation for memes.
Strong gaming skills (e.g., Call of Duty, CS, Pokémon, League of Legends, Clash Royale).
