Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach:
✔ Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (primarily LinkedIn).
✔ Conduct market research to target potential clients within specific industries.
✔ Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospects and qualify them.

🔹 Sales Process & Communication:
✔ Present compelling value propositions tailored to clients' needs.
✔ Handle objections and navigate sales conversations effectively.
✔ Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.

🔹 CRM & Reporting:
✔ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
✔ Collaborate with the sales team to align on target accounts and messaging.
✔ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

🔹 Performance & Quota Management:
✔ Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (B2B focus).
✅ Proven track record of lead generation and appointment setting.
✅ Experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
✅ Strong understanding of the sales process, outbound strategies, and qualification frameworks.
✅ Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and email automation tools (Outreach.io, Salesloft, Mailchimp).
✅ Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP tools (Aircall, RingCentral), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit).
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
