Sales Development Rep

 

Description:

We are looking for motivated, articulate individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between MNA Transport and US-based trucking companies. Your primary responsibility is to reach out to carriers, communicate our value proposition, and bring them on board as active clients.

This is an excellent entry point into the $800 billion US logistics industry, with a clear path to growth for candidates who perform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US trucking carriers during American business hours
  • Clearly communicate MNA Transport's dispatch services using provided scripts and training materials
  • Build rapport quickly and handle basic objections professionally
  • Qualify and onboard carriers so the operations team can begin booking loads
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM with prospect information
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets

 

Requirements

  • Fluent, clear, and confident English communication (spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with phone-based, outbound sales
  • Ability to work night shifts consistently (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • No prior dispatch or logistics experience required — full training is provided
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
