About the Role:
Join our dynamic DevOps sales team! As a Sales Development Executive, you'll generate qualified leads, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets in the tech and DevOps space.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Identify & generate new business opportunities for DevOps and IT solutions
🤝 Build and maintain strong client pipelines (cold outreach, LinkedIn, CRM tools)
🎯 Achieve a minimum sales target of USD $7,000/month
💻 Coordinate online meetings, presentations, and product demos
📝 Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close contracts (with support)
📈 Report on sales activities and performance metrics
👥 Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
💼 1–3 years in IT or SaaS sales (DevOps experience preferred)
🛠️ Proficient with: Zoom, MS Office, Canva, MS Teams, accounting software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer
🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
🚀 Self-driven, effective time management, comfortable working remotely
📊 Experience with CRM tools, data tracking, and lead management.
Compensation & Perks
💰 Base Salary: PKR 50,000/month
💼 Commission: 5–7% per closed deal (performance-based)
