As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Support Executive.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
- Manage and process e-commerce orders efficiently
- Handle customer queries related to digital marketing, IT services, and software solutions
- Generate new leads for Digital Marketing Services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Ads, etc.)
- Convert inquiries into successful sales
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, development, operations)
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling services across all business domains
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills in Urdu (English is a plus)
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer handling
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplaces
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
- Preferred (Bonus Skills)Experience in Digital Marketing Agency, E-Commerce, or Call Center
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads / Google Ads / SEO basics
- Experience with lead generation and conversion strategies
