NebularAds is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses in the US real estate and service sectors grow through targeted advertising, social media strategy, and lead generation. We are now expanding our Sales & Customer Support Team in Lahore!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to real estate and other business leads in the US (during EST hours)
- Pitch our digital marketing services with confidence and clarity
- Respond to customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update CRM with call logs and lead status
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Actively follow up with potential clients to convert leads into customers
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Clear communication is essential
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, customer support, or sales (preferably international)
- Comfortable working evening shifts (EST time zone)
- Must be based in Lahore – on-site role only
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Self-driven with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
