We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations!
🔹 Expertise Required:
• Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales team activities and schedules
• Process and manage customer orders, invoices, and documentation
• Communicate with team regarding order status, approvals, and inquiries
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations
