Sales Coordinator

Jazaa Global looking for the position of Sales Coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in a sales support environment).
· Must be a Graduate.
· Highly attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Must have sound knowledge of CRM software with experience in or willingness to master the Target Life software.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.   Collect, verify, and maintain accurate sales data in Target Live CRM and ERP systems.
2.   Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
3.   Coordinate with the sales, finance and HR departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely updates.
4.   Monitor sales team attendance, performance and daily activities, sharing reports with relevant departments.
5.   Resolve Target Live system issues promptly and support the sales team in using CRM tools effectively.
6.     Assist the National Sales Manager (NSM) in preparing analytical and performance reports.
