Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, sampling of products, making excell reports, assist with client communication, handle order processing, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and documentation

Prepare and track sales reports, quotations, and follow-ups

Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance for order fulfillment

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems

Assist in scheduling meetings and managing client communication

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1 year of experience in sales support or coordination

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
